Have you ever heard the phrase that ‘God’ is in everything or everyone? Well after the meditation and talk there is a little practice in there to help you try that one on in real life. Because let’s face it we don’t put things to use or practice in life and things don’t make sense until we try them ourselves. My desire is to inspire compassionate actions to drive us towards our most humanly connected selves. Which means seeing each person as a mirror to ourself, the child that needs love and kindness.

This is my scariest podcast of truly sharing what it’s been like to step out of the spiritual closet and finally after 6yrs and stop hiding behind the title of a ‘Health Coach’ and stepping into my gifts and claiming my title as Mama YOUniverse. I share what it’s been like to get to the root of this origin story and also share with a dear friend what my brand looks like NOW and I get feedback co firming my fear of being ‘seen’. That it’s not what it should be ‘doing’ (she did not say that - that’s the story I created from it) that I should be a good girl and fit in and ultimately I broke down emotionally hard core. I also share how during all of this how I am consciously choosing to work on myself and my origin story of ‘I should hide who I truly am’ a story that my family told me growing up that ‘being seen’ was unsafe. And how all of that ultimately helped me become a bigger container for faith, love, connection and compassion and how I’m navigating these sensitive new waters with faith and god as my OG gangsta supporting me along the way. Which also means telling the world that I’m spiritual and God, the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ are my family, my team, my best friends and my ultimate spirit guides. No more hiding allowed and how my breakdowns are my opportunity for a breakthrough to the divine.
