This week we spoke to Kierra Butcher who walked us through her experience with miscarriage. We want other women to know that there is no shame in what happened; losing a baby is never your fault. There is for sure a stigma about miscarrying, & we want women to be open about it so they can help other women & allow themselves time to grieve & heal, however they need to. This week we were joined by Port Vale Midfielder and Mental health advocate, Cristian Montano for Worldwide Suicide prevention day as he let us into his battle with Mental health and shared his raw and honest experience. Montano has now started a couple platforms to support men with mental health in hope to break the taboo ans help men speak out. Follow @menunite on Spotify.
