Lizzy is both an amazing mother and musician.

I got to know Lizzy when she started teaching my now teenager to play the piano when she was around six. She gave my daughter the joy of music.

Lizzy will share with us some deep, challenging and beautiful stories about becoming a mother, and being a mother. I love that she goes deep and isn’t afraid to talk about the difficult things with complete honesty and compassion both for herself and everyone else involved.

Cecile is an extraordinary mother. She is one of the go to moms that I ask for advice and insight and she always turns perspectives on their nose.

This week I talk to my wonderful friend Ginny about Motherhood.

Ginny has two children, Scarlet and Tom. She shares her experience of being a very active and fit mother through pregnancy and into being a mom. 

We talk about teaching our kids to love themselves, we talk about raising trilingual kids and we talk about the fun. There is so much fun where Ginny is and she really brings that to motherhood.
