Mamba Mentality Ft Supreme Luci

The girls recap their January. Nika had a show called Attack The Block a show that showcases local talent. CareFreeBlackGirl completed our Free Your Vision series at Clark Atlanta, Ode To Wonder in Atlanta and lastly New York City. DJ Candy Raine is planning some fitness workshops . Be the lookout for that . The ladies are starting their year off in movement.

Our CareFreeBlackGirl of the week is Mississippi business woman Emily Sanders who acquired an old shopping mall. Kudos to her we hope she does great things with it

We kicked off our Gurl moment talking about someone who isn’t supporting us . Mr. Terry Crews who came out last year speaking of his assault. At the time women such as Grabrielle Union spoke out on his behalf and in support. Gabrielle recently came out with a discrimination lawsuit against America’s Got Talent and their treatment of her during the show. Mr. Crews stated that his experience was not the same and he could not relate. The ladies discuss the mistreatment or black women in public. Crews went as far as to tweet in response to the outrage of his decisions.

We talk the Grammys who received record low views this year. Most of the black categories weren’t filmed so the interest was low. Congratulations to Koffee for winning the Reggae award and being the youngest to win. Tyler the Creators speech and performance was one to remember with Boys to Men . Tune in to hear what we had to say about the rest of the year.

Our great free segment was all about detaching. Therapy for black girls had some awesome tips on detaching when news is heavy. Luci talks about how she practices detaching, how she heals and self care. Cidnee talks about her experience bathing and Florida water.
