From when we wake up to when we go to bed, we are constantly being bombarded with messages from others selling us their stuff. And no one seems to be saying anything helpful to us. There is a constant wrestle for our Time, Energy, Attention and Resources. (TEARs). But we don't have to succumb to their pestering.
