We continue in our series in the Gospel of Luke today to the 9th chapter where Jesus teaches us about the Kingdom of God.

“God opens a door and resistance suddenly appears.  Opposition almost always accompanies opportunity.”

We are in our seventh message and sixth church; the Church at Philadelphia found in the third chapter of Revelation.

Depending on how you evaluate, the Good Book contains somewhere between 40 and 60 parables. Most of them are in the New Testament and are found in the four Gospels, but you can find nearly a dozen of them in the Old Testament, as well: a pair of them in 2nd Samuel and 1st and 2nd Kings, respectfully, and a half dozen of them in the major prophet book of Ezekiel.

So when we show Kindness for others we are diving into the very heart and will of God.

"He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels. " - Revelation 3:5

Although faith, what you believe, is not visible, the response of Faith is. You can’t hide real faith.
