Prayer and Faith go together. "And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him." - James 5:15

"But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy." - James 3:17

"Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom." - James 3:13

“Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; Save me and I will be saved, For You are my praise.” – Jeremiah 17:14

Today we're going to take a moment and look at John’s ministry to Jesus as a friend.

"For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man." - James 3:2

“God wants you to be saved and not lost. He also wants you to be well and not sick, strong and not weak, free and not bound!”

This morning we are going to be looking at the life of John the Beloved. First before he was anything John was a friend; or as he called himself “the disciple whom Jesus loved.”

God is a Father, and He’s made us one big family, and how we communicate with one another will honor or dishonor Him. How we teach and how we lead will help or hinder the well-being of our family.

Prayer is and has always been God’s prescribed way to work in the church and the world.
