A man in his 60s has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Bentley.

6PR news reporter Anne Naylor was at the scene and told Liam Bartlett witnesses saw a taxi collide with a silver sedan at the intersection of Queen and Pollock streets just before 8.30am.

"A man in his 50s was trapped in his car for a short period of time, and he had to be cut free," she said.
