You are not the only one dealing with depression. You aren’t the first, and you won’t be the last.Find like minded people. Seek out those that have walked this path before you and can help you navigate through your depression.Find a hobby. Find a healthy outlet that can take you mind off the situation and give you break from the darkness.Get the lies and mind vomit out through journaling. Don’t get stuck in your head. Get what you are thinking out onto paper.

In episode 010, I got to interview Austin Clem. I met Austin Clem several years ago at a wedding. Still an amateur fighter, but he had that look. That look that says, “this is my nice face. I’m a different creature in the ring.” Lots of great martial artists out there, but few have fire in their eyes like this guy. I saw him communicate respectfully and with pleasure to those around him, and be gracious with compliments given. I’m hoping he and young men like him are the future of MMA.
