MANA BOMB: Make peace with the fact that you are the villain in someone else's story.
FOCUS: It’s not about you.
ENGAGEMENT: Sometimes we don’t have to be involved in someone else’s narrative. But good friends will always make things right. When is it ok?….even if you felt you were doing the right thing. Everyone has a right to their own narrative even if you feel they’re wrong (*or absurd 👿).
But truly, perspective is based on the beholder. This doesn’t take away from the victims who have dealt with abuse (of all nature) and was disregarded because of the manipulation of the perp. (That’s how they do you, right?).
But if you have true friends and ohana, they’ll be there for you. They will believe you because they know you. They watched you. They’ve seen. The perp can continue to manipulate the minds of those who are likely getting something from them, whether ego-filled validations or using them somehow.
Empty feeds empty till there is nothing.
Of course, you’re the villain in a narcissist's mind, in an unstable manipulator's game, and a deeply angry and hurt person. That’s how they survive.
YOU on the other hand always seek resolution, aloha, acceptance, and elevation. So don’t worry about “their” narrative. Focus on shaping the future with lessons learned, refilling the aloha tank, and advocating for the voices not heard. #malificient
Be ok with their narrative, don’t let it be your anchor.-
