Dr. Martina Weifenbach war bereits während der Corona-Krise zu Gast bei uns. Im neuen Interview mit ihr geht es darum, was sich in Bezug auf New Work in der Zwischenzeit getan bzw. nicht getan hat. Außerdem erzählt sie vom Start-Up-Coaching und wie viel sie selbst auch davon hat, wenn sie anderen hilft.
Martina arbeitet des Weiteren auch daran, dass es wieder mehr Räume für Kreativität und Innovation gibt. Sie hat die Beobachtung gemacht, dass es daran zuletzt immer mehr fehlt. Sie spricht mit Philipp darüber, wie es gelingen kann, Kreativität zu fördern.

Der heutige Gast im MxM Podcast ist der Gitarrist, Sänger und Musikschulleiter Timo Maiwald.
Timo hat sein Hobby zum Beruf gemacht. Mit Mut, Durchhaltevermögen, Fleiß und vor allem Leidenschaft hat er sich seinen Traum von der eigenen Musikschule erfüllt und ist heute Musikschulleiter mit 60 Leuten.
Philipp und Timo sprechen in der heutigen Interviewfolge über das verrückte Kennenlernen von den beiden sowie über Timos spannenden Werdegang. Abitur oder Aufnahmeprüfung fürs Musikstudium war eine seiner wichtigsten Entscheidungen in seinem Leben. Rückschläge und Hindernisse in Timos beruflichen Werdegang haben ihn nie vom Ziel abkommen lassen, denn sein Herz brannte und brennt noch heute für die Musik.

Die zweite Leseprobe handelt vom spannenden Thema, wie Mediation das Gehirn verändern kann. Mit einer anschließenden, kurzen Mediationsübung könnt ihr die positiven Effekte einer Mediation an euch selbst testen.

Sie sorgt in mehr oder weniger fünf einfachen Schritten für deutlich mehr Ordnung und Effizienz am Arbeitsplatz.
