Katie Zaccardi is a music industry professional working as an artist, songwriter and Head of Marketing at #WomenCrushMusic, as well as a wellness coach and certified yoga instructor. As Katie struggled with an anxiety disorder, she noticed a serious lack of focus on wellness in the music industry. Because of this, she created a platform for other women and professionals in general, to understand the value of incorporating wellness into their lives and being open about mental illness. She launched her own company, as well as a Podcast called “Out to Be” which advocates a balanced path to personal and professional success grounded in wellness. Her mission is to help professionals realize that when they learn to incorporate self-care, health and wellness into their lives, they can actually become more successful and abundant in their careers.
