This time of year always brings pressure to let go of the old and embrace the new. Faced with a new decade ahead marked as the "decade of transformation," it can feel like a time of grand change. Transforming from one version of ourselves to another. We have decided to take a different approach to this thinking - to challenge the status quo if you will - and are focusing on evolution. 

While transformation denotes a dramatic change from one thing to another, Effy and Jacqueline discuss how we are focusing on evolution - by stripping away the things that no longer align with our truth. Our relationships will evolve, as will our perspectives, behaviors, style, and way of showing up in the world. And our deep hope is that evolution will turn us more into who we really are, and not transform us into someone else.
