How much can you accomplish at school and work with your present mental and/or physical abilities? Some may say they have no abilities since losing sight or hearing, limbs, or cognitive (thinking & learning) functions. However, we have stories that will tell you something different. The diagnosis of diabetes, learning disabled, cancer, coronary and so many more non-visible (dis)-abilities make it difficult to manage school and work absenteeism because others cannot see what’s going on and empathize.
