DC model requires the reporting of mental and physical (incl sexual) abuse and neglect. This confirms http://goo.gl/zh3SJk . MR in DC is over a far greater range of ‘Regulated Activities.’ Labour's NC 17 amendment to the Serious Crimes Bill was a decaffeinated version that would deliver additional 'practice' complication - the very thing that isn't wanted and which he spoke against in the Panorama recording.

No wish to expend time on this interview. It is another example of why little progress is made with child protection. The interviewers and the contributors seem to have forgotten the 2012 abuses by Vahey at Southbank International School for which the SCR was published only yesterday 20/01/16. It's not all in the past.
