Today's case takes us to Acme, Washington. Amanda (Mandy) Stavik was 18 years old, recently graduated high school, and had just started as a freshman at Central Washington University. She had her whole life ahead of her. But tragically, that life was cut short when she came home for Thanksgiving break in November 1989.
