We're goin' back to the 80's, cage-free this time, to one of the most popular teen romance comedies of the 80's.

Ronald Miller's a dork. Cindy Mancini is the most beautiful girl in the county, and popular too. Ronald spends $1000 dollars on Cindy to "rent" her, and hopefully pretending to go out with her for a month will take him from geek to chic. Once the popularity gets too his head, every relationship he has hangs in the balance as the truth that the entire thing is fabricated may just leak out to everyone.
