Osmosis Jones follows the titular character as he tries to do the right thing and stop a threat that only he knows is greater than what everybody else, including the greedy and conniving Mayor Phlemming, who will do what he needs to win re-election and maintain leadership of Frank, the man this cellular society exists in. 

With the help of a cold pill meant to only fight throat inflammation, the buddy-cop duo will have to race against the clock to defeat the virus looking to end Frank in just two days.
