A killer dressed in a police uniform begins murdering innocent people on the streets of New York City. One day while murdering, the killer sees a miracle and prays for forgiveness. Whilst praying, an djinn appears and grants him 3 wishes - the first being to become a famous ballerina and hilarity ensues.
