James O'Sullivan, who leads consulting at Project One in London, talks about how business can jump the shark and emerge from the pandemic stronger, greener and more efficient. 

James specializes in leading large-scale complex transformation programs, across a diverse assignment base. In recent years, this has included high profile challenges like London Congestion Charging, Lloyds / HBoS Integration & Simplification, NAB Private Banking propositions & customer migration, call & contact centre outsources and operations. 

During the pandemic, he helped major clients manage the lockdown period and more recently has developed a reopening concept based on the idea of building back better.
