In this episode of the Manifest Massively Podcast, I have Certified Transformational Life Coach, Human Design & Gene Keys Expert, and Energy Healer Irina Prokofieva discussing the Human Design and how it can help with Manifestation. Human Design tells us how our energy flows and how we interact with the world around us. Irina shares how she stumbled upon human design after studying life coaching and psychology and how it helped her discover who she is at her core. We talk about the five types of Human Design: Generators, Manifesting Generators, Manifestors, Projectors, and Reflectors. Generators and Manifesting Generators account for 75% of the population and are the builders of society, while Projectors are guides and are not designed to work a typical nine-to-five job. Reflectors make up only 1% of the population and are the smallest type. This episode will both introduce you to Human Design if you don't know what it is or invite you to learn more about it as a system that empowers people to understand themselves and their place in the world. And of course that understanding will only support you in your manifestation journey.
