Manifest on Purpose Episode 48: Anxiety Relief

Anxiety is not as uncommon as you may think it is. Anxiety that goes unmanaged can cause all types of negative manifestations. In this episode, I give tips on some things that has helped for me. I also discussed how this led to my current journey.

I am on a 21 day journey to Release, Recalibrate, and Recreate. The finale, (my August Surprise) is a private trip off the beaten path to connect with nature, within, to celebrate and welcome a new chapter in my life. What's cool about it, you will see this process every step of the way.

Set your alarm for Wednesday mornings as I am releasing an audio journal each week at 9am. This journal will be raw and transparent. I want you to experience this journey to show you that mindset work is consistent, I want you to grow from this journey, and I want you to see that it can be done. If I can do it, so can you.
