In this personal story, I share how a simple habit of buying food at work and eating out for dinner led to weight gain and drained my wallet. When I decided to bring my own lunch to work, everything changed—I lost weight, saved money, and replaced a negative habit with a positive one. This video is a reminder to pay attention to your daily habits because they can become subconscious programs. Want to break a habit? Replace it with a better one!
