What does abundance have to do with real estate?  Everything.

If I tell you:

there is an abundance of clients,

there is an abundance of houses,

there is an abundance of money…

Burnout is rampant in the real estate industry. According to industry experts, 87% of real estate agents don’t last 3 years in the business. Why?

Burnout.

Stress.

Income instability.

Etc, etc. I’m sure you could add even more reasons to this list.

It doesn’t have to be that way. Grind, hustle, and then grind some more is what is driving our agents mad and making them flee the industry. Even more so, its what is giving clients and the general public a negative image of real estate professionals.

The truth is real estate can be an amazing long-term career. But just like any thing that is built to last, it must be maintained. 

YOU must be maintained.

Joy.

Success.

Balance.

Etc, etc.  I cant wait to hear even more ways we add onto this list!
