Tip 1 Give yourself permission to dream extravagantly to know that it's okay to live in abundance. Even if it's every once in a while, sometimes you have to start right there.

Tip 2 Create a multi sensory vision. Think about what you can hear, see, taste, touch and smell. I'm gonna give you a good example. For example, if  your dream style is to live in the mountains, where you can wake up every day and see see beautiful mountains and a log cabin, it would be nice to have that on your phone every time your phone rings. It would also be the same effect it you want to live along the beach and you saw pictures of the ocean, seashells, seafood, etc.

Tip 3: Have a good support system. What kind of support? Do you need an accountability partner? If you're trying to lose weight what does that look like? Do you need to get a coach for you? Do you need to start lifting weights. Do you need to do aerobics exercise? Do you need to eat something healthier? What does that look like on a daily basis? Is it three bowls of fruit, four bowls of vegetables, and no meat or bread for three days? What does that look like on a weekly basis for you?
