Grab your journal or notes app and answer:

1. What am I ready to release?
   What belief, habit, fear or identity isn’t coming with me?
2. What am I calling in?
   Forget what you should want. What do YOU actually want?
3. Who do I need to become?
   How does that version of you think, behave, spend her time and set her boundaries?
4. What would I do if I genuinely believed it was possible?
5. What ONE action can I take in the next 24 hours?

Send the email. Post the reel. Record the podcast. Make the enquiry. Have the conversation.

Because manifestation without action can quickly become wishful thinking.

Do you ever just jump back into it when you’ve been on holiday and forgot how relaxing it was. We save all year to go on holiday to relax spend time with the family but we always do the same jump back into chaos without a second thought - back into burnout or stress! Slow and steady wins the race - well that’s what we are told .. we all spin plates but we can drop them too !!!

 I’m learning to take a minute and take it all in because things can wait !!

Ever feel like your brain never switches off?
