Sara Blanchard helps build community and connection through conscious conversations, which she does as a facilitator, TEDx speaker, writer, and consultant. After graduating from Harvard and working at Goldman Sachs, Sara pursued the science and techniques of well-being and is a certified life coach, author of two books (Flex Mom and Dear White Women: Let’s Get (Un)comfortable Talking About Racism), and co-host of Dear White Women, an award-winning weekly social justice podcast. Sara is biracial (Japanese and White), married to a White Canadian man, and is raising their two White-presenting girls to be compassionate, thoughtful advocates. They live in Denver, Colorado, with their incredibly lovable dog.

Leslie A. Rasmussen was born and raised in Los Angeles and graduated from UCLA. She went on to write television comedies for Gerald McRaney, Burt Reynolds, Roseanne Barr, Norm McDonald, and Drew Carey, as well as The Wild Thornberrys and Sweet Valley High. Recently, she’s written over twenty essays for Huffington Post and has spoken on panels discussing empowering women in midlife. Leslie is a member of The Writers Guild of America, as well as Women In Film and the Women’s Fiction Writers Association. After Happily Ever After has won over fifteen awards, not to mention an honorable mention in the prestigious Eric Hoffer Awards. Her newest novel, The Stories We Cannot Tell was just released by Touchpoint Press. In her free time, Leslie lives in Southern California and is married with two sons.

Rebecca Szymczak-aka Cardsy B is a writer, intuitive tarot reader, and healing catalyst. Her work has been featured in MTV, Nylon, Shape, Bustle, and The Zoe Report. She quit her fashion career to dive deeper into her intuitive gifts after experiencing a dark night of the soul. She now uses tarot to guide clients, including celebrities, C-suite executives, artists, and entrepreneurs, to their own inner knowing and healing abilities. In addition to creating her signature tarot deck, Badass Bitches Tarot, Cardsy B is also the host of the Hex and the City podcast. The Saturn Diaries: A Modern Day Grimoire is her first book.

Mike Spatola, Educator and Influencer has taught for over 41 years and earned several recognitions for his teaching and coaching. He was “Teacher of the Year” at Trinity Prep, awarded a “Faculty Chair in History” and voted “ISL Boys’ Basketball Coach of the Year” while at Lawrence Academy; he received Durham Academy’s prestigious “F. Robertson Hershey Distinguished Faculty Award”; and he was inducted into Trinity Preparatory School’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2018. He is back for a third time to share his wisdom.

Ketty M Urbay was born in Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida. Ketty has a double bachelor's in Dance and Psychology from Florida International University. She facilitated movement and creative writing workshops for 15 years with at-risk teenage girls through a program created by her Dance Professor, Leslie Neal, called ArtSpring. Her desire to bring music and dance's healing and transformative power into women’s lives has birthed her new community, Simply M The Movement. SEASON 6 - EMPOWERED THROUGH PURPOSE  Valerie Taylor was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut. She had a thirty-year career in the financial services industry as a marketer and writer. After her divorce, she spread her wings and relocated her career, first to Boston and then to Seattle. When she retired, she resettled in Shelton, CT, to be near her two grown children and granddaughter. She’s a published book reviewer with BookTrib.com; and a member of the Westport Writers’ Workshop, the Independent Book Publishers Association, and the Women's Fiction Writers Association. She enjoys practicing tai chi and being an expert sports spectator. What’s Not Said was her debut novel, followed by the sequel, What’s Not True, in 2021. The final book in the trilogy, What’s Not Lost, launched on February 7, 2023.
