Manifesting Wonder

Who are we if we aren't fully alive?.. Who are we if we are ignoring the heartache and pretending to be ok?  We become a shell of ourselves and aren't actually fully living. We are put here to feel, to heal, to be joy and sadness.. and anger... and pain. Jealousy, rage.. To have it all is to FEEL IT ALL.

Todays episode I skirt over some really shitty things that have happened, and really dive into the meaning and lessons being fused and extracted from the depths. From the undertow of pain and tears may we rise again.

Have you ever let fear hold you back? I mean.. If you are a human it probably has happened. IF not you must be a super human, alien, unicorn and I shall always admire you haha. 

When I was a little girl, my mom took me to the beach and told me to jump off a cliff. I was SOOOOOO fearful.. What if the water just dried up and I jumped to my death? What if I suddenly forgot how to swim, or my bathing suit disintegrated? haha 

These situations are meant to teach us how to lean into faith and not only trust ourselves but also the Universe.

I had a messed up childhood... I knew from a very young age I would tell my story and help people... Well, fear has stopped me from diving into details of what I saw as a little girl and what I experienced because I was embarrassed, ashamed and didn't want to appear as different or weird or worst of all WEAK.

Today I am diving into a bit of my history regarding my alcoholic mother... This is always really triggering for me around the holidays.
