Today my focus is comfort zones!!
All of the moments that came from growth for me was when I stepped out of my comfort zone.
- Social anxiety- always wanting to sit in the furthest corner away from everyone turned into, making the approach to be social, starting conversations I usually wouldn't.
- Telling my story- I had to start sharing parts of me that were hard to talk about in order for me to heal.
- Public speaking- if I wanted to be an inspirational speaker and speak in front of crowds I needed to speak in front of more people.
It's not one day... it's today... it's everyday..
Stepping out of comfort zones doesn't mean you won't feel nervous.
It's those moments that feel so pukey where the growth happens.
I look for something each day that will push me out of that comfort zone because I know that my comfort zone is where dreams go to die.
