Ego, a simple 3 letter word, which has more influence on every human, who wears it in his life all the way.

Having ego has mostly negative effects and sometimes more worse than that.

Even though we know it doesn’t help or bring peace to us, we always have it in our life and suffer unnecessarily. So it has to be left from life to attain peace and satisfaction. Even success comes easily when you leave your ego.

Let me tell you story of two people who work in the same company. One is always friendly and good to everyone in the company. Another guy is not so friendly and he doesn’t speak to anyone that much but he does his work with full interest. Both employees are senior level managers waiting for their promotion. One day only one of them can be given promotion so the orders to select one of them for promotion have been given. At that point of time, the head decided to select one of them after careful examination. Both passed several tests successfully and the head of them doesn’t know what to do. Then he asked for voting process by the employees in the company. The voting revealed the first person as fit one for promotion which has happened because of his nature of friendliness, open to learn and free from ego. From this story you can understand the adverse effects of having ego in life. It is also clear that who is free from ego can attain success, peace and satisfaction easily.

Now you have realized the negative impact of having ego in your life and now I am going to share few rules, which help you get free from ego.

The rules are as follows:

First rule is- Don’t compare yourself with others.

Most of the people I have met always compare themselves to others. They always scale their development based on other people’s development, which is not so good. So stop comparing yourself to others and be yourself, which makes you free from ego easily. This is magical rule which works great, if you can use it perfectly.

Second rule is- be friendly with everyone

Being more close to people makes you free from ego because we can’t have such feeling on people who are close to us. So at least we can minimize our ego using this rule.

Third rule is- ignore a situation that grows ego in you

If you can’t control your ego in a situation, just move away from that situation and stay calm and meditate and everything becomes right. This will train your mind to stay away from situations that cause ego and helps you attain mental stability.

Few Important things to keep in mind:

Ego is a feeling which makes your mind feel stressful and feeling stressful isn’t right for brain.

Ego will separate people and sometime this result in envy between people. So stay away from ego.

One is take frequent breaks while working.

success people always take frequent breaks which will recharge their mind and this will help them do more work in less time. this tip always has a positive result when used properly.

Second is use your morning time to complete important things.

morning time is the productive time. at this time there are no or less disturbances, and its the time we can concentrate more than usual, which is proved by several researches. so use this time to complete important projects.

Third is kill your fear and doubts which results in over thinking behavior in you.

i have seen many people quitting accomplishing their dreams, due to fear and doubts ,and these two will lead us to think more and more which results in overthinking, that ultimately kills our dreams.

Fourth is love the work you do

when you do any work with whole heart, it can be completed sooner than you think. this magic formula works like charm which will give you interest to complete any task with full concentration

Fifth one is never quit. Just keep on working until you complete the task.

never quit on anything in life, because success doesn't happen easily. it requires several trails and long term efforts and just keep on working in all smarter ways and forget about the results because success is the ultimate result

You may be working but may you don’t feel satisfied and may think that you are not doing anything but the truth is you always does something every day but to make yourself realize it, you must work on something which is really important and it will automatically transform your belief and this will make people believe that you are no more a lazy guy.

Life in 3 Words

The three words are:

Born Contend and Die.

Life is a long journey explained in different ways by different philosophers.

It’s a beautiful journey for few people and it’s a horrible journey for some other people.

Whatever it’s, definition may be. The important thing is “don’t forget to live.” Because ,there may be no life after death.

Live the present moment like a hero of your life.

Let’s know life in three simple words we listen mostly during our daily routine.

The first word is:

Born

We know birth is start of life for every entity on this planet.

It’s a great occasion I mean you have just arrived into this world.

It doesn’t happen easily. After passing complex processes in the womb of mother, you have just entered the world receiving welcome wishes from your loved ones around you and they are very happy for you and nothing can replace their happiness anyway.

You may be crying when you are just born but people around you are smiling and celebrating your arrival. It’s a great success for your parents and family. They love you so much and believe me the love in them is very unconditional.

The second word is

Contend

We grow that’s what happens after few days after your birth, and the growth will be continuing and here the real unexplainable things start to happen. At this phase you have to contend in this world to make your survival possible.

You should be learning things and performing.

You have to face hard situations.

You have to earn a living.

You have to build relationships.

You have to succeed.

You have to fail and you have to learn.

You have to manage things.

Believe me in this stage you cannot have pure unconditional love from people around you which you got in the first stage.

You are on your own here. You have to believe in you and things you do.

In this stage you have to manage all the time to make people stick to you at least showing their conditional love.

Remember the rule “Manage people with love and May you get least back.”

The third word is

Die.

Everyone has to die someday which is painful truth and not all cares about death that may occur in the future at some point of unknown time. It just happens like unexplained magic that is you just die and you don’t take anything accomplished here on earth.

People around you cry for your loss and at this stage people love you which is unconditional and therefore they cry or show their sadness for your life.

Things to remember:

“People love you unconditionally, during your birth and death. Then in the middle of these two things, you just have to manage people, so that you get little love and survive.”

“Birth and death are natural”. But Birth is a beautiful lie and death is a painful truth which you have to believe in all your life.
