Tennis Elbow or formerly known as lateral epicondylitis and more recently known as lateral epicondyalgia is something we all treat or know someone who has been suffering from it. The old way of treating it with tons of soft tissue work and eccentrics can be effective but takes way to much time and is often uncomfortable (higher drop-out for clients).
We need to advance our game and figure out what is actually causing chronic overuse/aggravation of the common extensor group and better ways to modulate/decrease the pain. We discuss regional interdependence, neural dynamics, and exercises other than just eccentrics!
