In Part 1 of this episode, Victor talks with Scott Mann, a retired Green Beret, author and leadership coach who once struggled severely with the transition to civilian life. Scott found help through helping others and through story-telling, which led to his game-changing play, “Last Out.” The play is based on true stories of men and women he served with, and is meant to honor those in combat and the families left behind.
