Israel’s successful conquest of Jericho by the hand of God followed by Israel’s defeat at Ai due to the sin of one man. Jesus teaches the parables concerning divorce, little children and the dangers of wealth.

Joshua leads Israel and the Ark to the miracle of the crossing of the Jordan, a step in Faith and a memorial built.

Israel is called to fully embrace the Lord their God as their strong fortress as they prepare to enter the Land of their inheritance. The story begins of Joshua, Rahab and the spies of Israel crossing into the land and the offering of salvation.

Moses presents the blessings for each tribe of Israel before his death and is shown the entire promised land by God before his hidden burial at Mt Nebo.

God foretells Moses’ death on Mt. Nebo, the future harlotry of the sons of Israel and gives them a song of remembrance to sing yearly. Jesus raises Lazarus from the dead angering the chief priests and Pharisees, begining the process of His imminent crucifixion.  Jesus IS the resurrection.

The heart of Father God being poured out through Mose, telling the entire nation of Israel to "Choose Life that you may live", as He sees all of the choices they're about to make laying before Him.

Once across the Jordan. they are to be divided into two camps, one at Mt. Ebal reading immeasurable blessings the other on Mt. Gerizim reading unfathomable curses as a warning, depending on their faithfulness and dependence on God.  The 10 lepers are cleansed and Jesus talks to them and us about being ready for His eminent return.

God calls the new generation of Israel after they cross the Jordan to set up an altar of large stones as a reminder of all the statutes and commandments He has laid out to them and of all He has done and will do for them as beneficiaries of their forefathers.

Continued Laws of hygiene, divorce, property rights and equitable treatment of all laid before them.  The pleading of the man in Hades to Abraham... they won't even listen to someone who rises from the dead, Jesus rose and seeing wasn't believing, the people that believed were the ones that believed by faith.

God's continued moral, familial, and neighborly laws provided for protection before they enter the land.  Cursed is anyone that hangs upon a tree before the age of grace provided through Jesus The Christ taking the curse upon Himself.
