We make choices everyday of our lives. It is often heard that the “choice is yours.” When it comes to spiritual health, Christians must learn to decide what is good for their life and what’s bad and follow through on that decision with the leading of God’s Spirit.

When our hearts are routed to God, we can receive some immediate results when we ask Him. Luke 4:38-39
