So this whole episode started with a phone call from our pal Jason in Michigan. He called Mark to tell him about getting walked in on by his new gals mother! It is a hilarious story to end the episode but first you'll hear Mark, Bryan Weinhagen, and Tony Schumann tell a few of their own stories. Mark and an old college roommate from back in 2002 Tyler Stone catch up for the first time in 5 years and only the second time in 15 years.

Tyler started a very successful podcast and a crossfit gym in Aberdeen, SD where they went to college and parlayed those efforts into an opportunity to move to Austria where he and his family have adapted to the new culture while he travels to and from Holland doing a podcast with Julien Pineau called Strongfit and having such a great experience.
