Imposter Syndrome, The Inner  Critic, The Bully or the Heckler! Whatever you call it, it's  debilitating and it affects all of us to some degree. A Psychological  phenomenon where people believe that they are undeserving of their  achievements and the high esteem in which they are, in fact, generally  held. They feel that they aren’t as competent or intelligent as others  might think—and that soon enough, people will discover the truth about  them. The first discussion of many on the topic from our Mantastic! Collective panel as they begin the conversation and bring their own personal and professional experiences around a widely taboo topic.
