"W133 welcomes Amsterdam duo Helle into its catalogue. Helle is the collaboration of Luuka and Menke Felix, who have been producing, performing, and releasing music for several years. They merge the propelling drive of techno with a deep love for dub, bass, and break-heavy music, expressed through energetic live shows and dj sets. This signature sound forms the core of their new Cold Feet EP. Along with 3 originals we invited Ambu Bambu for a remix. The Utrecht based artist uses their studio as a playground for exploring darker sounds; painting up warped breaks, bass-heavy trips, and dizzying rhythms in a signature sound.

To complete the EP Helle invited their friend and also Amsterdam local Ambu Bambu to do a remix. They deliver an even dirtier and breakier version of Cold Feet. The driving kick and bass push through the suspenseful textures from the original and make it a perfect tool for the darker moments on the dancefloor.

The release will be out on 12.6. on all digital platforms featuring an artwork photograph by Philipp Roth."

"In this mix I have included many influences, styles and BPMs informing the O.M.Theorem sound. It starts with some of my favorite percussionists, takes a dubwise turn before a little 5:4 polyrhythm twist brings it to 170 territory, blending old-school jungle with modern technoid dnb productions. Danish producer Hedo Hydr8 arrives on Grid for the label's 20th release with a colorful and daring EP.

BBB is a track straight out of the 2010s, when post-dubstep and grime were booming. It features rapper Killa P, a discreet grime legend who has worked with some of the genre's most iconic producers. BBB is raw and uncompromising, yet irresistibly catchy and danceable.

This unusual track is also available in an Alternative Mix, with additional rhythmic elements to make it more rolling and accentuate its club vibe, whereas the original mix was more broken.

In line with bass scene releases, Hedo Hydr8 also made a VIP version of the track, darker, more strident, and deeper, which fans of the genre are sure to choose!

The EP closes with two remixes: the first by DJ Spit & Matthis Ruffing is dembow-oriented, featuring funny bouncy bass lines. The second remix is by Teqmun, the Dutch rising star offering a big, totally irresistible and heady 4-to-the-floor track reminding 2000s saturated techno era, closing this release in an avant-garde way, as the label has always sought to do.
