Harry und Birgit singen den Rama Kirtan „Ramachandra“, während eines Samstagabend Satsang bei Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg. Rama wird als die siebte Inkarnation von Vishnu angesehen. Chandra meint Mond. Rama steht dafür Sonne und Mond in sich zu vereinen und dadurch für die Einheit der Polaritäten. Bei Yoga Vidya ist es üblich zweimal am Tag im Satsang Mantras zu singen. Regelmäßig finden täglich zweimal Yogastunden und Yoga Kurse statt, mit einer tiefen Entspannung zu Beginn und zum Abschluss der Stunde.
