We are joined this week by Alex Esten, founder of Brick a Brac Games, LLC. They released their first formal board game, The Black Brick, after a successful Kickstarter earlier this fall.  

We are excited to be speaking with Yesenia Cisneros today about her journey into the video game industry. She's worked with two of the largest IPs in games (Pokemon and Minecraft) as well as at a smaller indie game studio. She's currently a producer on Minecraft.  

Dan has built a name for himself under the moniker Greenskull. He's been a partnered content creator on all 4 major game streaming platforms: Youtube, Mixer, Facebook and Twitch. He currently works on the Customer Success team for ReadyUp.  

Jeff Yenzer joins us today to talk about the importance of Human Resources and company culture. Jeff has 20 years of HR experience. He's also an Xbox MVP and has been highlighted by Microsoft as a Culture Consultant.   

Early on in his career, Chance Glasco had the opportunity to help start up a new game developer: Infinity Ward. That studio and the 20+ other founding developers would go on to create Call of Duty.

Earlier this year, Cyberdream launched Virtual Battlegrounds on Steam rising as high as #2 on the VR charts. John Laster and Justin Connors chat Sean Pinnock about the development of VBG and pick up insight from him on funding, students looking for work, VR development and more.
