Some late night thoughts on anxiety. Let's chat about it because it's not something that we talk about enough. Anxiety can make you feel like you're losing your mind at times, and you feel like no one understands. It's like the monster under the bed, you know it's there. This is a serious issue that people need to pay more attention to. It's real even if other's can't see it!

Anyone can get this smoke. Speaking on it and just putting it out there. Why don't we support each other as a people like we should? Why are other races like that, and what are we missing? Just had to put it out there.

We often ask for respect, but not always willing to give it. If we do decide to treat people as people it should be with no conditions. That being said don't think we can disrespect with no rebuttal. Do better!
