Italian PM Meloni and Justin Trudeau scheduled to be at a gala dinner at the Art Gallery of Ontario last evening. A relatively small crowd of pro-Palestine chanting protesters blocked the exits of the AGO and the event was canceled with a notice from the PMO.

G7 leaders event shut down like this in Toronto? Wouldn't this be a time for Toronto police to provide the necessary security, deal with the protesters and assure the event carried on?  - additional protests appear to be forming this afternoon.
