In an attempt to enjoy training for next year's marathon I thought it would be a wonderful idea to get hypnotized to enjoy running. This week I tried yoga for the first time and made the mistake of thinking that it would be a leisurely activity.

It's not, it's actually really tough.

I took a class at NYLovesYoga.com and spoke to my instructor Lucas Hall about all of the benefits that yoga has to offer for people getting in to shape. I also discovered first hand how miserable heat exhaustion can be.
