Rory Coleman, is well known in the world of running. He has run over 1000 marathons, 15 Marathon Des Sables, 3 Grand Union Canal races, a 1275 mile London to Lisbon run in 43 days, he's broken 9 Guinness World Records but the list goes on. But things weren't always this way and in this episode I spoke to Rory about his struggles before he took up running as well as a big obstacle he had to face a few years ago. As well as this I spoke to him about some celebrity clients that he's coached and what he thinks the future has in store!
