Marc helps individuals navigate the hardships of depression and Burnout with a holistic approach to wellbeing. After two burnouts as a high school teacher, he knew that there had to be a better way to live. Life is all about priorities and he believes that to be functional and present for others, the number one priority is ourselves. It is like putting on your oxygen mask on first!

Marc created his company “Freedom Found” in 2019 where he now helps individuals rediscover themselves and create futures they truly want to live. Marc gives conferences and hosts workshops in Québec and Ontario Canada on the subject of taking control of our choices and becoming the creators of our own lives.
