Andrew and I kick off this episode by forgetting to check on new reviews (we do it later) but we do discuss the news of Platform Beer Co. closing and how the future of "big beer" buyouts could be changing. We also discuss how/if to have a conversation with a fellow brewer when their beer(s) are off/subpar.  Then we jump into Look Back/Look Ahead to talk about Dancing Gnome hitting 2 million cans on their canning line, Andrew taking the baton from Piper's Pub and putting on an Imperial Breakfast event, and the upcoming Czech Beer Dinner with Golden Age Brewing. Next, we are joined by our guest Steve Hartman of Hazel Grove Brewing! Hazel Grove is a new brewery in Hazelwood that hopes to be open later in 2023. Steve tells us about how he became interested in beer/brewing, how they landed on Hazelwood for their location, where you can find some of their beers on tap currenty, and much more!
