March 9, 1916, is a date that doesn't necessarily ring a bell for most people. But, it was a day of horror and suffering nonetheless. That was the day Pancho Villa and his men attacked New Mexico, killing many people. The events were shocking, but they weren't the only thing being reported in newspapers that day.
