When our Heavenly Father makes promises, our flesh battles with our faith by suggesting that barriers or challenges to God's promises being fulfilled are stronger than His promise, protection, provisions. Numbers 14:33-34 shows God's response to lack of faith and loyalty by the Israelites. In this episode of the MarcMyWord Prayer Podcast, we unpack the story of the Israelites when God's promise is delayed by their faithlessness. God requires obedience in order for us to be in His presence. We want God to answer our prayers but sometimes struggle with the necessary process of our prayers getting answered. Sometimes we avoid the direction that God is pushing us into. Our faith is most likely missing a few ingredients. My prayer is that unpacking a snapshot of Moses' story, and the revelation that God provided me, will help us to assume a greater level of faith and obedience.
