I like this book and my students seemed interested in it

I like this book and my students seemed interested in it, but I do think they could have gone deeper in the historical part to make it more educational. I also would have liked more text on how it is celebrated in Mexico.

Good book for 5-6 yr olds

We got this book for our Pre-K class. It might have been better for a kindergarten class. They enjoyed the over all story but didn't seem to enjoy the details. A good book for 5-6 year olds, in my opinion. Bright colors, fun book:)

Great book to introduce kids to the history and celebrations of Cinco de Mayo.

great quuick story book.

i was asked to read at my grandaughters preschool. it was cinco de mayo week and i was in a time restrain because i learned of the reading a few days prior to date so i looked into a eKindle version, well that worked out very nicely, i was able to share with the class and it was very clear and easy to explain. I loved the tips that are written on practially each page. there were informative history info. about Cinco de Mayo and it's history, very cool.
