ASX 299 closes down 19 to 7335 in cautious trade as CV19 lockdowns take centre stage. Good jobs number at 4.9% unemployment helping although 10-year yields dropped to 1.29% hurting the big banks slightly with the Basket down to $176.81. SKI saw a takeover offer around 270c and SYD knocked back the IFM bid at 825c but left the door open for an increased offer.  BNPL stil struggling with Z1P down 5.6% All Tech Index off 1%
European market expected to open slightly lower and Dow Futures down 58.
