Sk: Marek stál uprostred Václavského námestia.
En: Marek stood in the middle of Václavské námestie.

Sk: Slnečné lúče sa predierali pomedzi stromy a svietili na historické budovy okolo neho.
En: The sun's rays filtered through the trees, shining on the historical buildings around him.

Sk: Okolo neho prechádzali ľudia, chodia rýchlo, zaneprázdnení svojimi myšlienkami.
En: People passed by, walking quickly, engrossed in their thoughts.

Sk: Bolo skoré jaro a všetko sa pomaly prebúdzalo k životu.
En: It was early spring, and everything was slowly waking up to life.
